Do I need any coding experience?

Zero. That's the whole point. I had never written a line of code when I built Sister Signal. The method works specifically for non-technical people.

Can I do this on a Windows computer?

Yes — almost everything works on Windows. The only Mac-specific step is submitting to the Apple App Store (Xcode), and there are workarounds for that too.

What if I'm over 40?

I'm 44. This was built for us. Women over 40 have lived experience, problem-solving skills, and the perspective to build things that actually matter. That's a feature, not a bug.

What if I'm neurodivergent?

Same — me too. ADHD hyperfocus is actually a superpower for building. The method is designed for brains that learn by doing, not by reading textbooks.
